I was bitching and moaning earlier about how I bought the PG version unknowingly, and wanted the R-version, etc etc etc.I just wanted to say that I loved the way you guys have handled this (a HELL of a lot better than Intel did!) and that I really appreciate good customer service.  I've worked in software retail as well as tech support, so I think I would appreciate it more than most.  I just had to tell you to keep up the good work!  It's well worth it!
